Bar hire

Service Description

All our bars can be operated on a prepaid/cash/open bar or indeed a mix of these according to budget. We can operate on a token basis or take cards or cash. We do not provide dry hire services as we have found that often the range of drinks and limited stock has meant we are unable to provide the level of service that we pride ourselves on and we do not want this to reflect on our company. We have multiple choices of both indoor/outdoor modular bars that can be configerated to your space, anything from a 1 metre bar upwards so we can fit into the smallest village hall to large venues. Our trailer style bars are 14-24 foot and the larger one especially needs good access. They contain everything you would expect from a bar, multiple fridges, optics, draught pumps, hand pulled ales and a jaeger machine. They are totally self contained and we can provide our own power if necessary. Our large trailer also has a sound system and light show. We are based in Essex but we travel within a 100 mile radius for general events and further afield for large events. We are totally free to hire for events of over 70 guests, less than this we can discuss a minimum charge . To book our services we require a £250 deposit, from this the temporary events notice of £21 will be deducted and the balance returned 48 hrs after the event subject to our terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

The booking deposit is non refundable if the client cancels but can be held over to another booking if we have availability
