I should probably stop buying beers based on their artwork. But while we're on the subject, how cool is this one?
Unfortunately thats where the complements end. Robinsons brewary claims Beardo will"cut through the fuzz with hits of fruity citrus zing". Im still waiting....nope. Its not that I hated this beer, it just lacked the ommph which impressed me from Robinsons 'Mojo' which Ive reviewed prior.
Overall I would say the taste was malty-fruity as appose to 'citrus zing'. Hint of sourness which was unexpected, amber colouring.
