FAQ's
Q: How does the free hire work?
A: We don't believe in charging a call out fee, all we require is £250 deposit to secure your booking. This is then refunded , less the TENS license fee if applicable, 48 hrs after the event. This is subject to there being no breach of terms and conditions. If you qualify for the 10% cash back this is sent at the same time.
Q. Are there any hidden extra fees?
A. No, our free service includes all staff, glassware, set up and clearing all our rubbish at the end of service.
All you pay for are your drinks.
Q: Do you take card payments?
A: Yes we do! you are welcome to pay cash or card.
Q: I need a mobile bar on short notice, can you help?
A: We aim to be as flexible and responsive as possible, if another mobile bar has let you down or you need to book something urgently we will do our best to help!
Q: Do you provide dry hire?
A. We took the decision this year not to provide a dry hire service. The reason for this is that we pride ourselves on the quality of our drinks and we are not prepared to serve anything else. We also ensure that we have more than adequate stock to ensure your guests are not disappointed.
Q: Do you have public liability insurance?
A: We have insurance coverage of £5million.
Q: Do you do cocktails?
A: If cocktails are a requirement for your evening we can provide our mixologist by request. This service has to be requested upon booking.
Q: How big is your bar?
A: Our smallest bar is 6 foot, however, we can expand this to 24 foot if required. Our trailer bars are 14-24 ft.
Q: What draught drinks do you supply?
A: We serve premium lagers as standard, however bitters and ciders can be served upon request. We are also able to provide real ale on hand pulled pump if requested.
Q. Do you serve premium brands?
A. Yes, all our brands are premium, we do not substitute with supermarket brands
Q. How long do you need to set up and clear away?
A. Depending on the size of set up we like to arrive at least 2 hours before the event time, this allows us adequate time to set up and allow the alcohol to chill.
