Dates will not be reserved until a deposit of  £250 is paid. Bookings will then be confirmed by email/txt

We will uphold the right to withold the booking  deposit or drinks deposits/prepayment where applicable if any of the following circumstances occur

1. Damage to equipment

2. The amount of guests attending is less than 75% of the amount stated on the original enquiry

3. Bookings are cancelled by the client

4. The client or their guests are consuming their own alcohol unless previously agreed in writing.

5. We reserve the right to cease our service should guests be verbally or physically abusive to staff

6. £21 will be deducted from the deposit

7. Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate access for the set up of the bars, ensuring door widths , no steps to venue and an area for unloading/loading and parking

8.Prepaid / drinks packages are payable minimum of 4 weeks in advance
