How to make the Jamaican Mule

This is a super simple cocktail which strays away from the regular suspects.

Ingredients:

Dark rum 60ml

sugar syrup 15ml

Ginger beer

lime

Method:

Stick some ice in a glass, Cut limes into quarters, squeeze them in and add them to the glass.

Add the rum, sugar syrup and ginger beer.

Stir and enjoy!
